Centric S1 Pop-Up Selfie Camera Phone Launched at MWC 2019, Along With 4 Other New Models

Centric S1 was launched at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 at Barcelona since the company’s first pop-up selfie camera Cellphone.

The new phone also includes an in-display fingerprint detector and a Face Unlock attribute. Also, the Centric S1 includes fast charging assistance through osmosis Express 3.0 which is touted to bill the handset up to 50 percent in 20 minutes. There is also an AMOLED display panel with 700 nits of brightness and wireless charging service. Together with the Centric S1 flagship, the Indian smartphone seller brought the Centric L4, Centric A2, Centric G5, and Centric G3 telephone models in the Continuing MWC.

Centric S1 cost

The Centric S1 cost begins at $310 (approximately Rs. 22,000) for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage version, while the price of its 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage model is yet to be announced. On the other hand, the Centric L4 price has been set at $90 (roughly Rs. 6,400), Centric A2 at $140 (approximately Rs. 9,900), Centric G5 at $160 (approximately Rs. 11,400), along with also the Centric G3 at $250 (roughly Rs. 17,700).

Centric S1 specifications, features

This makes the Centric S1 sit from the Vivo V15 Guru $28,990 and Vivo Nex$36,319 that both possess a comparable pop-up selfie camera module but using distinct camera sensors.

The Centric S1 has 64GB and 128GB of onboard storage choices. Besides, the phone packs a 3,080mAh battery which supports rapid charging via solder Express 3.0 and works with wireless charging performance.

In addition to this Centric S1 flagship, Centric India has brought four new mobile models. The Android 8.1 Oreo-running Centric L4 from the brand new range includes a 5.45-inch HD display, 13-megapixel autofocus OptiVu rear camera together with double LED flash, 8-megapixel selfie camera, quad-core MediaTek MT6739 SoC, 2GB RAM, 16GB onboard storage, and a 2,950mAh battery.

The Centric A2 that is also based on Android Pie, on the other hand, has a 5.86-inch HD display along with a 19:9 aspect ratio plus a display notch design in addition to a double back camera set up such as a 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel detector mix. There’s also an 8-megapixel selfie camera along with an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 SoC, paired 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

By comparison, the Android Pie-powered Centric G5 includes a 6.21-inch HD display together with a 19:9 waterdrop-style display notch and a double rear camera setup — containing 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel camera sensors together with an autofocus lens. The phone sports an 8-megapixel selfie camera. In any case, it includes a decorative recognition-supported”Face ID” feature.

The Centric G3 also runs Android Pie but comes with a 6.23-inch full-HD+ display that has a 20:9 aspect ratio, together with a display notch layout. It has a double rear camera setup with a combination of 12-megapixel and 5-megapixel detectors and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The phone packs a 3,080mAh battery and contains a 7.7mm of width.

Each of the newest Centric phones have a fingerprint sensor, though as we said, the Centric G5 also gets the Face ID attribute.
