Accenture on 20 February announced the launch of new services for testing Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems internationally which are powered by a “Train and Test” methodology intended to help companies build, monitor and quantify dependable AI systems within their own infrastructure or even at the Cloud.

Accenture’s “Teach and Evaluation” methodology ensures that AI systems are producing the proper choices in two phases.
The “Educate” phase concentrates on the choice of data, models and algorithms which are utilized to train Machine Learning (ML).
Throughout the “Evaluation” stage, AI system outputs are in comparison to key performance indicators and assessed for whether the system can describe the way the decision or result was determined by using advanced techniques and Cloud-based tools to track the system.
“There is also a demand for new capabilities for evaluating data and learning models, choosing algorithms, and observation for prejudice and regulatory and ethical compliance,” additional Kishore Durg, Senior Managing Director, Growth and Strategy, and International Testing Services Lead to Accenture.
He explained that Accenture’s “Educate and Test” methodology takes all this into consideration to assist companies develop and validate AI systems with confidence.
Accenture used this methodology to prepare a conversational digital agent for a financial services company’s website.
The agent was trained 80 percent faster than previously possible and achieved an 85 percent accuracy rate on customer testimonials.
